I saw an ad on Facebook reels for the flying orbb. It had a lot of good reviews, it was a decent price, and when purchasing it showed it shipped from California. I believe it said expeditedelivery shipping within 5 business days for $1.98 for the holiday special. Should have known by that it was a scam. I ordered the orbb Dec. 15 and it just arrived today. Jan. 14. When I tried to email to get a refund the email address is bogus, and I immediately got a failure to send response to the fake email address. You have to email for a refund and I don't want to call the number to get potentially scam calls or whatever else. The product came and does not work right. Seems very cheap. Claims made online says charge the orbb for 15 minutes and it'll work for up to 30 minutes. Bumps and drops supposedly don't effect it. I charged it and turned it on and it nose dived when tossing it up to see it hover. It went behind my couch and within the 30 seconds - 1 minute tops to retrieve it, it was dead. So I charged it longer and turn it on. Nose dive and moves along my wall in the floor. I get it and turn it off. Turn it on again and gently try to toss in the air and it nose dives and dies. I do this a few times try and make it work. Well it just nose dives if it turns on. Complete piece of junk. By the way it shipped from China and the tracking stops when it got to Los Angeles Jan. 2. So I got something which I thought I wouldn't at all. But it's junk. When I looked online tonight for reviews there are tons of the same complaints I had about shipping delays and it being worthless. Some didn't get it at all to be disappointed.

I ordered the flying spinner for $31.99 on 12/11/22 from what looked like a reputable website. I took a screenshot of my confirmation # after I placed the order, but never received any correspondence after that. The screenshot indicates that I was supposed to have received a text message confirmation, which I never got. It's been 5 days since I made my initial inquiry about shipping updates and they have not responded to any emails and voicemails I have left. Their website indicates that they respond to online inquiries within 24 hours. I also tried to reach out to them on their FB page, they responded to my FB messenger message, but they shut their FB page down shortly thereafter and I am not able to respond to their message.

I used their website to buy Christmas gifts on November 28,2022. I received order confirmation and my credit card was charged. Any supposed tracking sent is bogus. It does not show me any tracking to speak of and does not give a date of arrival. It shows it drop shipped from China, but that is all. I tried contacting the company, but I get canned answers and the phone number does not get you to a real person. Seems like a scam. I have yet to receive what I ordered even though their website says it should only take days. The tracking they sent when I emailed them (twice), does not give me any information and they would not let me cancel my order.

The website banner advertises “FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING & 40% OFF SALE”. I purchased 2 orbs that have been sitting in China at the sorting center in Shenzhen, China. When I looked on their Facebook page, turns out there are other customers in the same position I am in, many that ordered in November and items were still not here. You can not reach an actual person and the only reply via email is to say the order has already been processed. I am attempting to dispute the transaction with PayPal.
