Second time my Medicare acc was billed for Covid-19 self-administred test wich I never ordered and always declined in numerouse [censored] phone calls from [censored] "medicare" agents. Today i tryed to call and report fraud billing,but was put "on hold" for the long time. I just hanged up because this manner of keeping people waiting is not appropriate and disrespectful.

4 companies by different names (LONE STAR MEDLAB, VCARE TESTING CENTER CORP, MARS LAB SERVICES INC, and ORANGE TOXICOLOGY LAB INC) recently filed fraudulent claims against my Medicare acct for COVID tests I did not order or authorize. They were each paid $94.08 by Medicare for each claim. This company, MG LLC, appears to be working with at least one of those companies, as they sent me 4 COVID tests by USPS mail. Medicare told me that many people are receiving fraudulent COVID tests that do not work. I did not order these and will not use them.
