I bought my daughter a bracelet and charms for a graduation gift. I used a debit card to buy the bracelet online. I never received the package from them. I do have a receipt for the order. The order number is CY100124. I did send two emails to notify them that I had not received my order. No response. The date on my order is February 11, 2024.
