Purchased incorrect seats as the site was deceiving. Called them immediately after to sell them on their website and purchase the correct ones, since they will not process refunds(ok). They made this impossible, excuse after excuse. They also told me it will take three weeks to deliver e-tickets ?!? I can not list them on another site because I do not have the seat numbers, which they also can not give me. Total scam.

I got an email from http://www.theatrelandamerica.com about tickets for Dear Evan Hansen. I purchased 4 tickets and never received them. I called customer support and the guy literally was telling my I was lying about the number I called the website I was on. The rudest customer support ever! He then proceeded to put me on hold without telling me and has yet to return to the phone. So much for the 100% guarantee!
