This is apparently a phony online retail store. I ordered a bed reading pillow for $69, paid for it, but it never came. I called to ask what the problem was and was told I would receive a detailed shipping "update." I received nothing. I called again and was told I would receive a phone call with a detailed "shipping update." I received no phone call. After two weeks of this, I cancelled the order. I received an email saying "you will receive a refund within 10 business days." I received no refund. I called and was told, "We'll take care of that right now. You'll receive a refund within 10 business days." Really? I don't think so. The company that answers the customer service hotline is clearly an outsourced international company with no power to do anything. The company itself is impossible to find on a physical map, obviously hiding its whereabouts. Better Business Bureau speculates it's in Panama City, Fl. But who knows? These people need to be put in jail. $69 is nothing. But what about the folks who spent $5,000?
