William Wilson scammed me and hacked my computer!

A Facebook friend who I randomly accepted a Friend request from put me onto a man from the "company" in question. His name is William Wilson. He cunningly tricked me into the notion I was eligible for a $100K "Grant" and that there would be no cost to claim it. He also tricked me into giving him my Facebook password. Then he asked for $1,000. He wanted me to purchase a Steam gift card and give him the code. Foolishly I did. He stole the code and then accused me of using it when it is impossible to use those cards on a personal Steam account. He then demanded more money. He is a cunning manipulator and had tried unsuccesfully to login to my Facebook profile. He got angry when I told him I had changed the password because of the unauthorised attempt to login. Demanded the new one. I refused. I also received a text from Steam requiring authentication for a purchase using the code I had given him. Then my computer started behaving oddly. He had hacked my laptop. I called the police and was given the website of a Cybercrime unit that report to Federal Police. While I was filing my complaint about him and taking the screenshots of my encounter with the conman he hijacked my computer and stopped me from completing the complaint. He claims to be from Wellington New Zealand. When i accused him of being a scammer he sent me a photo of his drivers licence. The photo on the licence did not match his Facebook profile. He also sent an absurd false business card. I have attached it. The photo on the business card is the one on his Facebook. He needs to be stopped.

I got a text just saying "Hey".
So, of course I replied with, "hey, who's this?" Then they sent me messages saying I was picked by facebook powerball promotions as a winner. My next step was check out this promo. It does not seem to exist. And everything associated with Powerball winners required a winning ticket. I never purchased a ticket. So next I searched the company they claim to be and that's when I found this. I'm very cautious about scams, but this one had me going for a moment! I usually just block and delete, not check into them! May others beware of such scams!

Has used an ad claiming I won a million with some grant. HACKED into my FB and Instagram. Followers sent me a copy. Dr. Danita Applewhite WARNS United Power To Success is a SCAM. I have been HACKED! Please do not reply or engage to this SCAM. If I had the money they claimed I received, all of my fellow Veterans, and my students, who are striving to help themselves succeed, at Work and Higher-Education, would not be struggling with hopelessness and homelessness.
I have already informed Facebook but it appears this has spread to my Instagram account, too. Let me know of any repercussions or if you know what more I can do to make sure whoever is hacking my account is penalized.
