I bought a hat and my credit card was charged. I never received an email confirmation. I emailed customer service twice and never received a response. I call the phone number (provided by my credit card) several times and no answer. I have let a voicemail and no return call. I tried to track my order using the transaction reference number received when order was placed and that did not work.
