Stray Studio (straystudio.co) is being impersonated by thestraystudio.com Stray Studio is a legitimate site operating under www.straystudio.co. The website in question, thestraystudio.com is no longer trading and was a fraudulent company illegally using the brand name and details of Stray Studio, a legitimate UK based company.

Order a $1000 item in early July. They responded at first, but then ignored. Never shipped item. It's definitely a scam site. Klarna hasn't been helpful thus far. Please message me if you got your money back from Klarna. I'd like to know how to get my money back.

I entered all my contact information into this site, then saw they do not accept Visa. I got suspicious and checked the price of the item I wanted to buy. It cost 67% more at every other store. This is clearly a scam site. I didn't send money but now expect a big increase in scam calls, emails and texts. Aargh.

LOOK FOR THE OBVIOUS. THEY CLAIM TO BE FROM INDEPENDENCE KANSAS, THEIR NUMBER IS A VIRGINIA NUMER! PRICES ARE OBVIOUSLY ALOT LOWER THAN YOU CAN BUY THEN FOR IN ANY STORE OR ONLINE. DO YOUR RESEARCH DONT GET SCAMMED BY PEOPLE!

I ordered. Never received my tracking info. They promised I would over an email response (twice) and that i’d receive my item by a certain date (very poor english). Never got the item.

Paid for an item through a third party, waited and waited, got suspicious and started investigating and discovered they are just a big scam. Tried to call and the phone number was always busy. Tries to get in touch with the third party Klarna and there is no way to get any info. Asked for a refund, was told they do it the same day and when asked when I could expect to see it, no answer. Pretty lousy that some people are so dishonest. I'm going to make a lot of noise about this company to anyone that will listen. Just lost $299.00.

Do not use. Very slick. Website looks legit. Contact with a "customer service"/ Use a third party to get the payment through. Very appealing prices but do not get fooled.

Ordered an item from this site, got an email saying it was shipped from another website, waited a week for a tracking and after not receiving one I contacted them to get one and they told me they’d get me one but never could do I got in touch with the website that thestraystudio said shipped it and they had no record of an order and didn’t even carry the item I ordered. It’s a scam so please don’t order anything from this site

Phone number leads to nowhere and address is not "a general store which manufactures general needs products." Some prices are too good to be true, which of course they usually are. Looks like this is a new website for these folks. May be same "Stray" outfit that has scammed others in the US. Just don't want anyone to get scammed so thought I would report.
