My brother and I were contacted via mail in June 2023 by The Stox Group in regard to our deceased fathers property. Our father passed away April 2, 2022. My brother researched the company online via google.com and they appeared legitimate. We completed the forms and mailed them back as requested.

I had some email communication with the company. After a while I emailed them and received no response. I then called them and left a message, and the call was never returned.

After a few months, on November 14, 2023 and the following 2 days I attempted to call them from my cell phone. I received a constant busy signal. On November 16, 2023 I called them from my home phone and the call connected and I left a message. After a few hours I attempted to call again from both my home and cell phone only to receive a busy signal. I immediately blocked my phone number using my cell phone and the call connected and I left a message. On the message I stated that I felt they were a fraudulent company "since every number I give them seems to be blocked and I only get a constant busy signal".
