We filled out an application to adop a dog listed on their site and someone called us back, did facetime house tour and wanted to call our vet, we provided all the info. I was doing research online and found out that this rescue was mentioned in a blog and that had all the red flags about the rescue and the owner. When I asked for medical paperwork and rescure IRS

Paperwork the owner W W texted me blurry pictures and then got mad that I am looking for issues and said I could not adopt, she kept going on how she did nothing wrong and was rude via text. I want to report this so called rescue service and the owner.
