The scammer was able to access my cash app account and a shein account and place several orders they changed the password and email on the account along with the shipping address the website for SHEIN does not allow you to cancel the order before it is shipped and the Chat room offers no help they have a website that is set up to allow customers to be taken advantage of I was able to cancel two orders and while i was chatting to get all the orders cancelled they were moved to processing in less than two hours after being placed and then the person doing the fraud was able to update the shipping address and email once it moved to processing locking me out of my own account now i have to wait and hope someone gets back to me which they wont be doing by email because I no longer have access they would be speaking to the scammer
