I was going to call the billing department of hospital affiliated with my doctor's office to dispute a medical bill and I misdialed the area code of the phone number. Click My Rewards picked up and told me that I was automatically selected for a $100 gift card. I thought I was on the phone with the billing department of my hospital, and they asked me for my full name, date of birth and home address. I didn't give them my social security number or any financial information. During the call, I realized I was not on the phone with my hospital, and I told them that I realized that I misdialed and they better not use my personal information. I immediately reported this to Lifelock, the company that's protecting my identity. I called back Click My Rewards and told that I reported them to Lifelock and that they better not use my information. I froze AND locked my credit for all 3 credit bureaus, but I want this to happen to anyone else. This scammer needs to be STOPPED!

Anything you can do is greatly appreciated, even if you just put these people on the scammer list.
