Thought i was ordering buy 2 get 2 free shelving units. The tracking s hows product delivered on 7/4/25 a holiday at 10:34am but we were home & never received anything. Sent an email to the support team but noone ever responded. The website shows these were ordered on 6/14/25. They took $53.89 from our bank debit card. Will be disputing w our bank & getting a replacement card just in case. Thanks!
