Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was checking the balance of my Social Security bank account, and saw a $69 charge that i had not authorized. There was a phone number listed with the charge, so I called it. A customer service agent answered, and I told her I wanted it removed and the money put back into my account. She said it was for a membership, (I didn't understand exactly what the membership was for because she had an Indian accent) and that she would be glad to cancel the membership and refund 15% of the charge. I said no, I hadn't authorized the charge and wanted the full amount refunded. She put me on hold and came back on offering a 30% refund. I again said no, and she put me on hold. When she came back on, she said all she could offer me was a 50% refund. I told her that I had not authorized the charge, and if I didn't get a full refund I was reporting the charge to my bank as fraudulent and giving them all the information I had about their company. After another short hold, she came back on and said the full amount would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. Later, I again checked my balance after paying some bills, and the charge was gone. The only things I had written down was the company name, phone number and amount charged, so I don't know where the company is located.
