Advertises dog toy for tough chewers, sold on Facebook and Amazon by The Publicity Hive (thepublicityhive.com). Guarantee to send a free replacement if not satisfied. I sent email to complain to [email protected], they said send it to us. No address provided on their website. Emailed again for address and sent the defective product. No response. Now they want proof I sent it. Many bad reviews online, including a number of instances where the company demands a video of the dog destroying the toy. Bottom line: A scam. Defective product, won't honor warranty, Not communicative.
