I ordered a pillow that shipped grom Flushing NY ended up in St Louis MO snd 6 wks later after many emails, fraud filed with ****** with no resolution as *** *** does NOT protect buyers as they used to. I have many emails and screen shpts of continious excuses and no merchandise and no refund

There are 45 ScamPulse.com complaints on this entity. I did not receive anything and the shipment tracking that they provide appears to be completely fabricated. The tracking updates for my item are clearly fabricated and do not make any logical sense. This is a scam and it seems many people have had similar experiences based on internet searches (reddit) and the ScamPulse.com site itself. It looks like there is an open investigation. I am simply adding my complaint to the existing 45. This website needs to be taken down.

Attempted to order household product from this scam company on fake website. I have not received the item I ordered and the fraudulent company debited my bank account. The company eludes to an address in Tijeras, NM USA which is fraudulent. This company is scamming people from China. Many complaints were found on line from other victims. They use several company names such as (1) thepillowhome (2)thepillowcompany and ([email protected]. What appears as an international phone number appears on their website, however this number is fraudulent. DO NOT PURCHASE OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered from “the pillow home “ website. It was listed as an American company. When I saw the tracking it was coming from china. I received the package today and it was nothing like shown in the picture . Cheap and garbage. But most of all when I opened the bag it reeked of chemicals. It also gave me a rash! I tried to contact them they told me that I am responsible financially for sending it back to china to receive a refund. When I looked up some reviews online there were lots of negative reviews and claims of fraud. They also stopped responding to my emails through their contact.
