This person is contacting people via email offering job opportunities to work from home with benefits and 401k as well. He is pretending to be apart of the nobal group. He will ask multiple interview questions and then start asking for bank account info. I contacted the nobal group and they said that it is a scam and they are having multiple reports as well as people who actually give out their bank account info and then make police reports.

Me:Nice to meet you Mr. Danko.  My name is *** ***, age 26, currently looking for a job to work remotely from home, and I'm from Michigan.

Cristen:These are the requirements for the Job...

Cristen:This is strictly an online and work from home job the working hours are flexible and you can chose to work from anywhere of your choice,the pay is $25 per hour training is $20 per hour and will be get payment bi weekly via direct deposit or paycheck and the maximum amount you can work a week is 45 hours. ,if you are employed you are going to be working as a full employee

I believe working from home will not be a problem for you ?

Me:Not a problem at all! This is the type of job I have been looking for. The original email also said that benefits and 401k options are available as well. Is that after a grace period?

Cristen:Yes after working 90 days with us

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES are : Scheduling appointment, Entering customer information, Invoicing ,Payroll & Managing Emp. Files ,Entering expense reports in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor...Can you handle that? 

Me:Yes, I can handle that with proper training.

Cristen:Please answer the following questions as accurately as possible.

Have you ever worked from home or online before ? How many hours do you intend to dedicate to this job position daily?

Me:The only work from home/online job I have done is with itworks global, which I am no longer a part of.  I intend to dedicate as many hours a day as necessary to this position to complete tasks and assignments accurately.

Cristen:How many years experience do you have in Data entry/Book keeping and Customer Service/Receptionist?How many years experience do you  have in auditing  reports?How many years experience do you have  in sorting and filing documentation?

Me:I worked for community Psychiatry in *** for 2 years and worked my way up from intake specialist answering phone calls, taking patient information and messages for front office to CSR where I began entering patient information working closely with California front offices emailing back and fourth when necessary with insurance updates, patient information and etc to working the billing department with a billing lead and manager of operations to go to with any questions for a San Francisco office and Fresno office to which I worked closely with letting them know of insurance that was cancelled or had any issues, telling them patient balances along with noting patients chart, I also did all the billing reports and auditing them prior to billing them and then sending corrected when patient information was incorrect such as a different address or a parent gave an incorrect policy holder or date of birth and etc. I also spent time calling and getting claims reprocessed when they didn't allow the full amount, were rejecting as out of network and etc. Which also included filing all documents and keeping until they were paid correctly. Also keeping payments from insurance in an orderly file. I also entered the payments manually and through the computer system relay. I have worked customer service jobs such as Claire's 3rd key, bath and body works seasonal help, at citizens Bank and Community Psychiatry since 2009 and only quit those jobs to better myself and further my career.  I don't have any experience book keeping yet, but I am a quick learner and more than willing to learn!

Cristen: Do you have a computer and a printer ?Are you currently employed ?

Me:I do have a laptop. Is that sufficient? I can go and buy a printer, no problem. I am not currently employed as I took a year off to spend with my son I had in June 2015. I am interested in a job I can work from home and have a in house baby sitter while I am working.  I was taking care of my husband's grandfather through Stuart Wilson but, the working conditions were not good for my health or my son's and my son ended up in the hospital, he's fine now and I haven't been sick again since quiting in July.

Cristen:What's your clerical speed? Do you have an idea of how to use MS excel ?What is your highest educational diploma?When did you receive it?

Me:I got 36wpm. I just took a test online. I used Microsoft excel as a grid for inpatient discharge records at community Psychiatry.  I also took a class at *** *** as it was required. I have a high-school diploma from May 2008 along with an associates degree in accounting from *** *** from May 2015.

I also took the test on another website and got 41wpm.


How long do you expect to remain employed with this company if hired? and Why Should we Hire You?

Me:I plan to remain hired with this company as long as the company keeps me.  I have always wanted a job to work from home.  When I quit Community Psychiatry to stay home with my son I offered to work from home, but they were in transition with a partner company and were no longer allowing anyone to work from home or I would have continued working with them.  You should hire me because I am a hard worker, quick learner, will be determined to do my best, and I would love the opportunity to work with the Nobel Group!
