In November 2025 I ordered 3 mystery boxes for my grandchildren. Claims free shipping 7 - 14 days. It is now February 13, 2026 and the only communication I received when I inquired on an update of the status of my order on December 30, 2025 was "We're Experiencing Record Order Volumes!

Thank you for reaching out! Due to the holiday season, we've received an incredible number of orders. Our team is working around the clock to process everything as quickly as possible." I go to the website to talk to an agent and everytime, they are unavailable at this time.
