On the bottom right of the envelope it came in, it said WARNING: $2,000.00 FINE, 5 YEARS IMPRISONMENT OR BOTH FOR ANY PERSON INTERFERING OR OBSTRUCTION WITH DELIVERY OF THIS LETTER U.S. MAIL. TTT.18 SEC 1702 U.S. CODE. Then it says: THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT. But an older person would look at it and see a warning about money or PRISON TIME and they might get really scared and pay. Please do something about these horrible people.
