Came up as an ad on Instagram. Nice website, US address stated on the website. I paid for the item for what it was stated, $13.99. Item got shipped from China, that was the first sign. Then a week after my purchase they charged my card again for $29.99 without any new purchase made on my end. I emailed them, they got back to me saying it was a membership I signed up for and they are only willing to refund half of that. I checked my order, their website, and read every policy, and it was completely false information, I did not sign up for membership, nothing was stated anywhere in my order, and even if I would have, the conditioned they stated as a reason for charging me again didn't match the membership price or conditions. After threatening them with report they refunded the extra $29.99, but then: Soon after I received my item, a completely false product (that is $4 on Temu) that had nothing to do anything with the product and brand showing on their website and in the videos. Item was useless.
