I saw an ad on Instagram for Honeypeel. I followed the link and made a purchase for two bottles of the product. I was charged for the product three days later. A month later I emailed them to ask why I hadnt received my product. They assured me it would be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Never happened. A month and a half later I was charged for a membership, to which I never signed up for. I called and had to threaten to report them for them to refund the membership fee, to which the amount they charged me did not match the advertised membership fee on their website. They assured me the product was being shipped. It is now two months later and I still have not received the product or any shipping notification. And now I cant get anyone on the phone and have been on hold for twenty minutes.
