I placed an order on July 8th for hair extensions. I received a email confirmation that my order was placed. It’s been 7 days since I placed my order and I never received any tracking information informing me of when I would received my order. Or where my order was. I informed the owner and she told me to give her two hours so that she could go to the post office. It’s been over two hours and I still haven’t heard anything back. I tried calling the number that was provided on her page and wasn’t able to get an answer. I even sent a text message and still no answer. My money was taken and I haven’t received what I paid for.
