I ordered 6 bottles of the product and quickly discovered that i was have an allergic reaction. A month into using it I sent an email to support@the gutdrop.com and received a response from someone calling themselves Laura. I explained in the message that I needed an address to return the product not used (5 bottles) so I could get my refund. She provided an address and I sent the bottles back. A month had passed and I reached back out. She provided an excuse stating that I needed to wait a couple more weeks and my refund should be on its way. That never happened. So I tried again asking for a status and never heard back. I'm out $322

I ordered a supplement with a 180 day money back guarantee. Just return the bottles full or empty. Ordeted on 5-21-25 returned via UPS on 8-29-25. UPS tracking # confirmed delivery on 9-4-25. O called Customer Service @ 866 9247412. They provided an email address for refund dept. ([email protected]) I entered website thete was no place to communicate. DEAD END. This appears to be a SCAM
