I've also ordered something, it's been almost a month now, I can't track my order or at least get a response from them. They use a Gmail account too, which made me suspicious.

I placed an Order the the Glanspro Phimosis treatment tool. That was 20 days ago. They do not take phone calls, do not answer emails, and do not delivery the products, in this case $99.00 dollars. They issued a tracking number with the USPS, but the USPS says they have never received the product.
