I purchased two king-size blankets and one full-size blanket. The two king size were delivered in very sketchy packaging with no labeling on the package just clear Siran wrap packages and instead of my full-size blanket they sent a pillowcase which was in a different color then the color requested and not the product that I ordered. I emailed them About the issue multiple times and no one has gotten back. There is no telephone number and no additional people to contact.
