I attempted to email the company and never got a reply. I explained my reasons for not wanting the poor quality merchandise and gave screenshots of the lack of quality with the products I received and compared to the product advertised on the website that does not match at all. This company does not reply to emails and phone calls do not connect to anyone for help. The merchandise is the quality of a dollar store blanket. The pictures on the website are fraud and look and feel nothing like the product they send. Do not believe any of the reviews as they are not real reviews. The pictures on the website show a full fluffy soft blanket and the product is actually very thin and see through while barely stitched together.

I placed an order with Bunny blanket on October 1 for this supposed big fluffy blanket for my wife as well as a set of towels. I received the order on October 25 when they said it would be 5-10 days. when I received the blanket it was the thinnest shabbiest blanket I have ever felt and they didn't send the towels to boot.

it is now Nov 3 and I have been requesting a refund since I got the order with no response. no customer phone number and only one email.
