About 8 days ago, I suddenly lost access to sign into her website, so I can’t even check the status of my order anymore. I haven’t received a single email update or tracking number since then either, which has been really stressful. I reached out and contacted her directly to ask about my order, but she hasn’t given me any clear answers.
I feel like I might have been scammed, which is upsetting because I spent money I had set aside for school, hoping to treat myself before the semester starts. Now, instead of being excited about my bag, I’m worried and frustrated that I may never receive what I paid for.
I trusted her because she seemed genuine on social media, but right now it feels like she took advantage of that trust.
