I ordered a pair of boots from a company called The Boston Boots back in December 22, 2025, I was given a bogus tracking number. I have tried several times to get a hold of them but keep getting sent down a rabbit trail. It has to be a scam of sorts. Wish I could have been warned about this before hand. I was looking up this one company from England, where I have purchased shoes before and have had no issues whatsoever but when I went looking for them I found this site and thought it was safe apparently not. Be careful and always check your sources though better business bureau.

Company based in China, not Boston MA. USA. Tracking notification is of no help. Contacted info line and never received a reply to my emails. Boots reported to be shipped 1/2/25. 1/24/25 wrote to Boston boots indicating boots not received, last tracking notification dated 1/20. On 1/29 wrote back because I did not hear back from Boston Boot. On 1/31/25 still had not heard back, checked the tracking status which reflects delivered 12/23. Checked all ring cameras, no package from Boston Boots was deluvered. There is a chinese phone number I dare not call and what appears to be a fake customer service email address.
