booked an appointment with salon, paid the asking deposit of $130.00. did not receive any appointment confirmation for hours, called and texted business and selected stylist with no response. called multiple times to cancel, no answer. no possible way to contact and cancel or follow any of cancellation process. absolute scam!! they make you pay for a service you don’t receive. penalize customers for not following protocol when there is no way of contacting!!
