We called this company to fix the ice maker in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator, because they advertise that they fix KitchenAid products. When the repair man came, he told us that the ice maker needed to be replaced. He then told us KitchenAid does not make these any longer. I thought it was odd The KitchenAid would not make a part for a refrigerator that was less than four years old.. I called KitchenAid and was told that they do still make these parts, and this company is not certified to fix KitchenAid products. We had a certified KitchenAid come and tell us we just needed to replace the filter. I called Appliance Repair Men, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. I was told they give no refunds. This company is a scam!

These guys are a scam! They inundate the internet with hundreds of websites for ever single city in multiple counties. The also flood the phone books with fake locations and have hundreds of phone numbers. Every instance I've heard someone use them, they never showed up and even tried to accept payment from a customer in advance.

These guys need to be investigated and have the websites and phone book ads/listings taken away and be prosecuted for scam! They are stealing from the honest hardworking local appliance repair guys.

They use fake addresses, fake phone numbers, take money from customers in advance, never show up to do the repairs. The flood the phone books with pages of phone numbers and fake business names and addresses. The flood the internet with similar websites, and social media ads and maps, overpowering all of the other ads for real hardworking family business and legit businesses.

My next step is to contact the local news to get these guys. I am a sole-member owner of a local appliance repair company, and these scamming low-lifes are taking money out of my pocket and in turn food off my table.
