Carl Lewis is trying to scam people out of cancellation fees somehow on fb. He ask for addresses and phone numbers before he can give a quote. Please help stop him!

Received a phone call (765)209-6612 did not answer. Then received a text +1(312)252-9603 reminding me of an appointment for air duct cleaning on Dec. 13th between 1-4pm I did not make any appointment. If I did not notify them of a cancellation in less than 48 hours I would incur a charge of $25.00 I have no company name just air duct cleaners.

Ellysia text my phone asking for health insurance that wasn't based by income i responded back telling them i have medicaid and why arre you texting me about this information and ellysia text back saying have a nuce day broke ****** just cause i have medicaid doesn't mean someone is broke it means they cant afford out of pocket health insurance when its hard enough just to try to suevive with everything being so expensive
