Bought tickets for Roland Garros (French open) several months ahead of time. Took my money and never sent an email confirmation. Then 2 weeks before the ticketed date sent an email and said tickets would arrive in my email 1-3 days before. Then nothing from them. I made several attempts to get in touch with them via phone, email, etc with no response. Tickets never arrived and the date has now passed and We are trying to get money back through our credit card company.
