Ordered the AirBuds for my daughter on 12/25/2018 and only received the confirmation email from Tengient. The only way to 'communicate' with them is through their [email protected] email address, or by using the website message form which appears to go no where. They don't include their address or phone number on their website. I have tried to contact them at least four times by email. This is scam; they withdrew the funds almost immediately but have not sent any communications since ordering. Stay away from this site and sites like this! Also, keep an eye on your bank account, they may try to leach more money in the future. If they do not have any real contact info, or they say all sales are final without due process then shop somewhere else.

This company offers free goods for just the cost of shipping. Do not give them any information! I fell for it, nothing has shown after 3 weeks. No contact from company after emailing them twice. Will report to FBI also. "Watch" out!!
