I received notice that I was being considered for a job. I followed the instructions from the representative. She told me that HR will be sending me a check to purchase the items required to do the job. I received a cashiers check the next day and was told to deposit it into my account. Once the check was deposited, I was told to send a money gram and a western union to the "vendors". Later that afternoon I received a message stating that the money gram was not received. I was instructed to go back to the store to get a refund and resend it to another vendor. Upon arriving and requesting a refund at Walmart money gram center, the main office for the money gram stated to me that this was part of a scam. I had no idea that it was a scam. This affected my bank accounts and my credibility with my bank that I have had for years. After being told that this was a scam by my bank and I was restricted from using any of my accounts, I attend to contact Tenent HR representative, Kristy Walters. She assured me that it was not a scam even after my bank verified it. I was taken for $2961.00
