This is the worst customer service you would ever get. Guys, Please do not order anything from Temu.com. I have personally lost 200 CAD from them.

Background story - So I have placed a really good attractive leather car cover seat for my vehicle which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but to my surprise inside the package is some thick furr pant which looks like a winter wear or something. I have raised complaint to return as I got wrong item instead of car seat cover. But they are saying they delivered correct item and Im not able to return this item to them. Spoke with multiple support agents but no one is really helpful. All they say refund denied or return can not be done and keeps saying correct item was delivered...? Im shocked and devastated by this incident. Totally lost my hard earned money and peace of mind.

So guys please do yourself a favor by not ordering anything from Temu, they would just send you some fake/cheap products and it is never the same item you ordered. They just scam everyone.

When I called the person on the phone stated they deal with a variety of companies and they are just a shell company for these entities and they sound foreign, thought I was ordering something from a different company I normally deal with and they are using TEMU for the Scam

i find this item on temu. they use the same pics of the product that i saw on amazon, (you can search B0C1CRLL7D on amazon to find the real one.) however, i though that the temu one is real, but after i receive the temu one, i found out that it is fake. this is unacceptable, and i hope that I hope I'm the last victim. thank you for your help.

They claim to giving away free gift you just have to invite people and I do that but then it goes in half and all I want is my gifts that they said they’d give me as long as I invite a friend

I ordered from Temu several times but they tried charging my credit card. It showed 2 transactions of $0.00 that was denied. Now my bank account says it was a Fraud.

Made a purchase through temu. Everything went great until ontrac received the package. Now it's delay after delay with over a week of no updates other than they have my package but haven't even attempted to send it to me.

I HAD ORDERED ITEMS FROM TEMU ON 2 OCCASIONS; NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN EVERY EMAIL I HAVE HAS TEMU ON IT. IN OTHER WORDS THEY HAVE BROKEN INTO ALL OF MY EMAILS

BOTH PERSONAL EMAILS FROM FAMILY AND ALSO EMAILS FROM MY BANK AND FINANCIAL COMPANIES HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO. SO NOW ALL I SEE EVERY TIME I OPEN AN EMAIL FROM TEMU IS

THEIR LOGO AND A SHIPMENT DATE? THIS IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE AND THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY !!!

The scammer stolen my pictures of my product to make them as advertisement for their product.

These pictures are took and made by myself, and were used on Amazon since 2021. But the temu seller stolen my picture to be used on temu.com website.

Their produtc may not like our pictures show, which will cheat customers.

I was invited to check out the website for good bargains of new merchandise. Temu website has many desireable products, and I made purchases on 5/25/23. Temu informed me I would receive my purchases 6/2/23, adding that I would receive $5 credit if I received my package after 6/5/23. I received an email from Temu stating that my purchases would be delivered at 7pm on 6/2/23. Saturday, 6/3/23 at 3:48am I received an email informing me that my package has been delivered 6/2/23. No such package was ever delivered. There was no phone # to call. Customer service could only be accessed via website/email. I truly believe this is a scam website.

I ordered through Temu.com and paid with my debit card issued by USBank on Feb 3rd, 2023. Today when I'm checking the statement, there is another spending of $303.57 that I can't recall. I live in California and the spending detail says "HTTPSPERCENTS WA US". I didn't travel to Washington State in February. Also, the Temu.com spending also has "HTTPSPERCENTS WA US" in the details. Therefore, I'm pretty sure this unauthorized transaction was made by temu.com or sellers on temu.com.

This company claims to be American but it is Hong Dong acording to their email. They say it is being shipped USPS by 10th but it never arrive. Now they say by 15th but USPS says they are still waiting for the package. All correspondence on site just leads to repeating the same 'concern' about my package and then nothing happens. NO product and no refund though I have requested one
