Caller claimed to be from Telus. Caller asked questions re clarity of Telus cell calls. (foreign accent, possibly East Indian) I may have made a Yes response to some question. I said I do not have Telus and the caller then terminated the call w/out any further conversation or explanation.

I received an email that was supposed to look like it was from Telus. It had the Telus logo in it, and said it was from Telus Mobility. 

 

Dear ***

Your monthly payment was recently declined. The decline could be due to insufficient funds, card expired, etc.



Since you haven't provided us new billing information yet, we thought we'd remind you to please provide us with updated billing information to avoid any billing problems with your account
