I ordered two personalized books from them. They shipped these PAPER books in a paper non-waterproof package and they were soaked and ruined when left on my doorstep. All I asked for was a replacement, not a refund. They have refused to answer my emails or calls and play dumb. I just wanted these gifts for my daughters. Now all I want is my money back.
