I received a phone call from (312) 242-1817 and explained the difficulty I was having. That person had access to my computer and kept trying to tell me about malware not connecting my printer to my computer. Within 5 minutes that person hung up on me. I have stopped network sharing on my computer.
I was able to print something out, but when I tried later I was unable to print then.
It looks like the person has access to what I do on my computer because there's several areas that I have tried going to and have been unable to do so.
This is a scam!!
