It's an automated call/robocall. Press 1 to connect to a person to proceed with your loan, press 2 etc... at then end you can press a number to be removed from their list, but no matter how many times I use that I still get a call every single day from these people. I've even spoken to several people there that say they will remove me but I still get calls.

I have Recieved numerous cell phone calls at all hours even weekends! I send them to voicemail and do not answer! Everytime I block the caller I get another call with same msg below, from another phone number and state! It is VERY DISTURBING AND ANNOYING! Wish I could make it stop !?

This is one of many fake/spam/fraudulent phone solicitations that seem to be going around and are relentless, and are not in response to any loan applications actually filed yet pretends you have and says you are prequalified for high loan amounts at low interest rates, asking you to call their underwriting team back at 855-356-2569 to verify some personal information. I block all of these incoming numbers, and have been filing complaints with the FTC for every spam call I am receiving like this.
