I get phone calls every day any time from different numbers requesting on voicemail that I need to call “ Samantha” back from US Loan Services for my loan application. I have never applied for a loan from them. They also use the name Easy Loan Solutions. They call from different numbers and I block each one . I have reported the numbers to Do Not Call Registry and FCc complaint dept. but the numbers change. The message also says that I have to call back the number 888-324-9444 to press 9 to opt out. I do not want to do that because I don’t want to get hacked by answering or calling them. It is so harassing to keep getting these calls constantly at all hours for several months now and have no recourse to stop it.

I have received at least 2 calls per day for the last 90 or so days from various numbers and they all leave the same voicemail about trying to finalize my loan which is a lie I haven’t applied for a loan in years and they all leave the same call back # 833-746-6947

Continue to receive calls multiple times a day from different phone numbers asking me to call back at (833) 746-6947 and ask for the verification or underwriting department to avoid delays in processing my loan. I did not apply for any loans.

They are calling repeatedly stating the following on voicemail: I've been unable to connect with you to speak with our underwriting team and complete the process press one now your loan approval is almost complete but we need to verify a few final details before proceeding if you would like to move forward with your loan request press one now to connect with our underwriting team if you no longer wish to receive updates you may press nine to opt out please note a live representative cannot process opt out request you must press nine to be removed this matter requires your immediate attention please call us back at 833-746-6947 as soon as possible and ask for the verification or underwriting department to avoid any delays in processing your loan…”

I got a call that said "Hey there, this is Jessica again from your loan processing team. I've been trying to reach you regarding your loan application, but we haven't been able to connect yet. Also also as a reminder, my number is 1-877-867-5139. Im looking forward to hearing from you soon thank you so much and have a wonderful day"

I did not answer the call. A robo voicemail said that they were almost done processing my loan and needed a call back with info about my income. I have not applied for a loan.

I received a call from 877-867-5139. I did not pick up. I received a voicemail from a scammer and knew immediately this was phishing - others have experienced it and I never filled out a loan application. This was the scammer’s entire message: “Loan application but we haven't been able to connect yet we just need to verify if the final details mostly really it's your income and if you other money or item just a complete approval could you please return my call at 877-867-5139 it would be ideal if we could finalize this before 5 PM Pacific time today however if you've changed your mind would like to cancel your application or no longer wish to proceed please feel free to let us know as well when you give us a call back make sure to mention your application ID just for a faster process your application ID is [redacted] once again that number is [redacted] and also just a reminder my number is 877-867-5139 I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon thank you so much and have a wonderful day…”
