I called called for a video visit with a MD; spoke with a person who identified as a medical assistant and took information regarding my health concern; advised a MD would call with their impression of the condition and treatment. I reported I had questions and was again directed a MD would address at next call. I then received a text message advising that both antibiotics and anti fungal medications were called in to my pharmacy. I then called 5 more times over 24 hours for clarification of what they diagnosis was, if it was contagious, etc. I was continually advised a MD would call, never did.
