I was invoiced to purchase three large sabal palms, and have installed. Randy Tijerina, of Tejas Palms wholesale, LLC, never followed through, but told me he would refund deposit. I was invoiced, and he had me send the Zell down payment to his mother, as he was going to pick them up in South Texas, and deliver them to Dallas.

The money was sent to his mother as he could not receive Zelle Norma Dominguez. She won’t reply to text either.

After several excuses, and no return of money, he’s gone dark…..

He continues to post his palm trees for sale in round rock, Tx.
