They emailed me stating that it will be a delay and that they can't control the flight and they have to
solve the problem so it will be delayed 17-21 days. When I went on their website to look at their reviews, I saw that they had added a fake review for me and verified it. I did a screen shot and attached it to one of the emails I received from them and asked what is going on and that I'm about to report them to the Attorney General and the BBB. They emailed back and told me they found my parcel and that it will be delivered on that same day which was 1/31/24 and it still didn't come. They even went as far as to say that it was delivered at/in my mailbox at 2:18 p.m on 1/31/24.
