this company operates under multiple names, all with the same customer service number. from what i have read about them, i am convinced THEY stole/used my information with full knowledge. "mara", the rep i spoke to was completely unwilling to help in any way, nor did she display any shock when i told her what had happened. she also told me that all of the information used to verify the card had been legitimate, though that was debunked by my card issuer.
after my call with her, i continued to browse the website trying to find more information...... and lo an behold, pages began disappearing. somebody was removing the site. "mara" sent me an email to "confirm our discussion" (i hated giving her my email, but i took a gable as to having more direct communication information) and sure enough, the email was from another website, not from tee-pro.com
i am still waiting to go through the process, and because this transaction was a "debit" transaction, the money has to be paid before it can be disputed. utterly ridiculous. my card issuer is PayPal, and they have always been awesome to me. i do all of my business through them, and i am truly hoping they can sort this out. if not, i'll be writing a complaint about them next.
stay away from this company at ALL costs. tee-pro.com, customteesales.com, and more. just run a web search for this phone #, 844-900-0887 and you'll see. i am not sure what BBB can do other than alert people about this business. they're stealing credit card information, and if they get you, you should go after them the way i am.
