I ordered an item from this companies website. Filled out all of the required address and payment information correctly. Upon making the order I noticed that I never received a order confirmation or tracking. A month went by and I decided to reach out as I had almost forgotten how long it had been. The company gave me the run around and also claimed to have sent the package again but after doing research I found the tracking number to not be valid and the package was not at a nearby post office. This is a fake fraudulent company that does not actually send orders. The package came from China but the website is using a location based out of Texas, it’s so unusual. The response times are lagged as if they were communicating internationally.
