This same thing happened to me as the lady above, I clicked on the a site & suddenly got blocked from my PC, I called the # that was on the screen and they said they would fix it for $199, a one time deal, BUT for $600 I could get 3 yrs of free help, (senior discount) The wouldn't take a credit card, only a check, so, stupid me, I let them have a check, but I posted the date for 2 days ahead, a family member told me iit was a scam, so, I stopped payment on check, they won't find out till next day tho, when they go to cash my check, they also said my virus protection that I had on here wouldn't take care of the Trojin Virus that I supposedly have, I called my virus protection, & they said I DO have Trojin protection, and to download the app annd turn on the virus protection I already had, BUT, this Scammer had locked me out of the app, So I would Only use their Fake site, SO NOW WHAT?

In September I went to get on my laptop and it was blocked said I had to call a number to get it off I called and they told me they could fix it and they took over my laptop and done so things to it and told me it had a very bad virus and they are the only ones can get it off after they got it working they told me it would be 305.00 and they wanted all my banking info routing number and account number told them I didn't do checks but they say that is the only way I can pay can't take a credit card none of them could speak good English the girl I talk to couldn't understand a word I was saying my son and sister told me not to pay it's is a scramer
