I was looking something up on my computer and all of a sudden a notice popped up. The notice said " your computer has been locked because it has been hacked " and for me to call Microsoft at 1866-217-617 called and no number existed. There was another number showing on the message 855-979-6540. A lady came on with Indian accent explaining what need to be done to get my computer unlocked. She called herself Anna she went through the computer with me to fine what the problem was and the fee would be 245.00 to fix. I ask if there was a senior citizen discount and it was for 199.99. I gave my information . The company that my payment went to was Infra Graph Solutions. This is a one time fee for a year. It took a hour for them to fix my problem a technical support call me when the problem was finish and said that they were a independent company.
