I saw a charge I didnt recognize at the time from google, I googled tech support and saw an older looking google logo so I clicked it. I reached a tech person who asked me to call them back on the phone number 520- 532-9465 they said my email was logged into from an Iphone in China and Russia and Germany. He asked me to dowmload another app called anydesk to give them remote control over my account so My daughter checked to see what devices were logged in none of those were logged in and he said she couldnt see it because the hackers put bugs that wouldn't allow me to see it in any device logged into my email. My daughter checked the number on google and its under "sponsored" ads one.google.com its not actually google. Its a scam.
