The scammer's hacked into my laptop with alert box - stating from Microsoft Windows Security Center - Windows help line. Gave a phone number to call 1-844-919-1039. Once called a scammer (rep)stated I am showing a Home Network security breach on my screen. Gave me an order # 7E625450d2. Stated I needed a Microsoft Windows Firewall installed and thinking this was a liggite I gave them permission to access my laptop and they proceeded to download spyware. They requested I open my email so they could link to firewall. I noticed they started going through my various accounts that I do business with and shut them down... But I had already given them my credit card info for the service. I immediately checked my account and $154.90 to a DHINDA MAX; $200.00 x 3 to Home Depot, and 100.00 to Best Buy.. had been taken-which I hadn't been to eighter Home depot nor Best Buy in months. I immediately contacted my bank re this and had to cancel CC's and change passwords. I also contacted Best by and had a QEEK SQUAD to come to my home to remove all APPs the scammers added to my laptop - Queek Squad charged $ 149.00. I have more detailed info if needed - They are probably all fake - went through about 4 techs. #s I would like to report is: 1-877-833-6197; 1-844-919-1039; and a call from this number at 12:26pm today - 1-347-537-1195 same company.
