I received a text message from [email protected] was given the phone number 844-569-8020 along with an Apple Case ID 47978607606 because it was reported that my apple account had been compromised and had a pending transaction of $489.99 at the Apple Store in Orlando, FL. I called the number and a man with an accent answered and said his name was Logan. Logan said," that I needed to log into a computer and put in my apple information so that I could dispute the charges online." I asked," why I had to log in if he already knew that it was fraudulent charges why he couldn't just dispute it?" There was a long pause, and then he ended the call. I called back Logan answered again, and I asked him the same question. He stated, "if you are not going to log into the computer then you should just hang up." I said excuse me Logan are you talking to me?" He hung up again. I called back again the same person with the same voice answered who had identified himself as Logan is now saying his name is Michael. I asked Michael if I could speak with Logan? He said hold on I'll transfer you, and not even a 1/2 second later he said Logan is busy and hung the phone up.

Sent a detailed message to my mother about pretending to be Apple. Message is below:

We have noticed that your Apple id was recently used at "APPLE STORE" for $143.95, paid by Apple Pay Pre Authorization. Also some suspicious sign in request and apple pay activation request detected. That looks like suspicious to us. In order to maintain the security and privacy of your account we have placed those request on hold. If NOT you? Please Call +1 810-627-5768 to talk to an Apple Representative. Failing may lead to auto debit and charge will not be reversed. Call +1 810-627-5768 immediately to cancel this charge.

I called them myself and asked why they were pretending to be Apple and to stop targeting people. And they hung up on me.
